These Terms apply to your use of the Website and may also apply to certain Managed IT Services, unless those services are governed by a separate signed service agreement (in which case that agreement will be controlled where applicable).

  • You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or exploit Website content without prior written approval from Skyview Technology. 

Limited Permission to Use Website Materials

You may download or view a single copy of Website materials for personal, non-commercial use only. This permission is a limited licence, not a transfer of ownership.
Under this licence, you must not: 

  • edit, alter, or replicate any materials

  • attempt to reverse engineer any software or functionality on the Website

We aim to keep Website content current and correct, but we do not promise that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Content may contain technical or typographical errors. Skyview Technology may update, revise, or remove Website materials at any time without notice.

The Website may include links to external sites for convenience. Skyview Technology does not control, review, or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for any information, products, or services provided by those websites. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

Skyview Technology may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective once posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Website means you accept the updated Terms.  

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable United States federal law. Any legal action relating to these Terms must be brought in the courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.  

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to contact Skyview Technology first to attempt a good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in North Carolina under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless prohibited by law.  

Use Outside the United States

The Website is intended for use in the United States. We make no representation that Website content is appropriate or available in other jurisdictions. If you access the Website from outside the U.S., you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.  

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skyview Technology, including its employees, officers, directors, agents, licensors, and suppliers, from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Skyview Technology takes privacy and security seriously, particularly when delivering Managed IT Services. 

  • We do not sell or trade Client data. We only share data where required by law or where the Client has provided clear consent. 
  • Each party agrees to protect confidential and proprietary information shared during an engagement. This confidentiality obligation continues after services end. 
  • Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed without reference to confidential materials, or required to be disclosed by law or court order. 
  • If a verified security incident impacts Client data, Skyview Technology will notify the affected Client promptly and work with them to contain, investigate, and remediate the issue.
